Responsibilities
- Processing levies and seizures
- Handling information requests of all types: subpoenas, police inquiries, member & non-member inquiries
- Managing complaints and disputes
- Conducting credit union document research
- Providing administrative support for the legal team
- Addressing other questions and matters received by the Legal department
Schedule
This position follows a standard schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required to provide top-notch member service, but work-life balance is prioritized.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more of related experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality
