Responsibilities
- Distributes, files, and organizes internal and external agreements and correspondence.
- Manages general administrative duties – for example, answers phones, rolls calls, schedules internal and external appointments and meetings, maintains daily schedules and calendars, and handles e-mail distributions and incoming and outgoing mail, and updates contact information.
- Liaises with internal departments and external entities as needed.
- Accountable for Travel & Expense processing.
- Resolution of general administrative issues (Includes facilities, supplies, general office equipment and telecom requests).
- Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
- Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of entertainment and/or legal administrative experience strongly preferred (in a fast-paced office).
- Deep proficiency with MS Suites, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and internet software.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external executives, colleagues, and senior management, and talent representatives and their offices.
- Organized and highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and multiple high priorities, appropriately prioritize work and demands, and anticipate needs.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, collaborative, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent, with excellent common sense and judgment and ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Pay
Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 84,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
