About the Job
Arnava Legal is hiring a Legal Associate to join its growing practice in Bengaluru. The role is focused on technology contracts, commercial negotiations, intellectual property advisory, data protection compliance, and emerging technology regulation. The selected candidate will work directly with clients and advise on a wide range of technology-driven commercial transactions and regulatory matters.

- Draft, Review, And Negotiate SaaS Agreements
- Software Licensing Agreements
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- API Agreements
- Cloud Services Contracts
- Draft And Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Vendor Agreements
- Distribution Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Intellectual Property Advise On IP Licensing
- Technology Transfer
- Open Source Compliance
- Trademark Clearance
- Data Protection & Privacy Support compliance projects under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
- Draft and review:
- Data Processing Agreements
- Privacy Policies
- Consent Frameworks
- Regulatory Advisory
- Conduct Research On AI Governance
- Cybersecurity Regulations
- Digital Commerce Regulations
- Emerging Technology Laws
- Client Advisory
- Interface directly with clients.
