About the Job

The Chambers of Adv. Maaroof is hiring a Legal Associate for immediate joining. The selected candidate will be involved in litigation work, including drafting, court appearances, and handling matters before the Kerala High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts.

Eligibility

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) are preferred.
• Prior litigation experience is essential.
• Fresh law graduates with litigation internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Appear before the Kerala High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts across Kerala.
• Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation.
• Conduct legal research and support ongoing litigation matters.
