Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and court appearances.
- Manage e-filing duties quickly and efficiently.
- Handle client communications with poise and professionalism.
- Help maintain organized client files and records.
- Cookordinate with third-party service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Become subject matter expert on all client quirks and preferences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training in Workers Compensation litigation; or equivalent combination of education and experience with litigation.
- MS Office Suite Knowledge a must.
- Aderant Total Office (ATO) knowledge a plus.
