Legal Assistant/Litigation Paralegal

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, including trial preparation and in-trial execution, and managing exhibits, witness materials, and courtroom logistics for complex litigation matters.
• Demonstrated skill in case management and organization under pressure, with the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced, “all-hands-on-deck” environments.
• Proficiency with trial technology and litigation tools (e.g., e-discovery platforms, exhibit databases, presentation software used in court).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities and adapt quickly to evolving trial needs.

Position Details

• Type of role: Permanent
• Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Location: Onsite in Nashville, TN
• Compensation: The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
