Legal Assistant - Closings & Foreclosure
Responsibilities
- Drafting closing documents related to Co-op transfers (where the firm is the closing agent for Co-ops).
- Review lien searches.
- Conduct closings.
- Work on the plaintiff's mortgage-type foreclosure documents.
- Transfer Agent closing experience is a plus.
