Responsibilities
- Support trial attorneys throughout active litigation.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial notebooks.
- Order, organize, and maintain medical records.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, and court filings.
- Manage litigation calendars and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
- Support senior paralegals and attorneys throughout the litigation process.
- Maintain organized electronic case files.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Trial preparation experience required.
- Experience ordering medical records.
- Strong understanding of Texas litigation procedures.
- Experience supporting attorneys through active litigation.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Stable work history.
Pay
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
