About the role
We are currently seeking a Corporate In-House Legal Administrator to provide critical support to our in-house counsel. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities including assisting with general litigation, corporate & business law, OSHA compliance, and handling various legal documents and processes.
Responsibilities
- Aid in drafting, processing, and managing documents and records within a complex electronic document management system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities.
- Ensure clear and professional communication in all interactions.
- Filing legal documents with courts in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
- Manage time efficiently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Show strong initiative and problem-solving skills, addressing challenges proactively with thoughtful solutions.
- Follow instructions carefully and interpret guidelines to make informed decisions and take necessary actions.
Qualifications
- Experience with drafting, processing, and managing documents and records within a complex electronic document management system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Able to collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
