Job Summary
The University of North Georgia, Department of Nursing, is accepting applications for a 10-month, full-time faculty member for the Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing track. Preference will be given to candidates with academic teaching experience in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
- Teaching schedule may require travel to clinical sites in the metro-Atlanta area and North Georgia region.
- Responsibilities include didactic, clinical, and/or laboratory instruction, and clinical site visits in regional health care settings.
- This position includes expectations for teaching, scholarship, and service.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing required.
- Minimum of two years’ recent experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current license in Georgia as a registered professional nurse required.
