Lecturer (Educational Leadership)
About the role
The Department of Education Leadership, Policy, and Human Development (ELPHD) in the College of Education is accepting applications for the position of Lecturer – Professional Track Faculty (part-time) for the 2026 – 2027 Academic Year. Professional track Faculty positions do not carry rank and are one-semester or one-year, with the possibility of renewal. Successful candidates will teach 1-3 courses on the undergraduate or graduate curriculum, depending on the department’s needs.
This position will remain open through the end of the academic year; however, we will be screening applicants on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Teach 1-3 courses on the undergraduate or graduate curriculum, depending on the department’s needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education and Experience: Doctoral degree in K12 Educational Leadership required. Principal Licensure required.
- Other Required Qualifications: Excellent teaching ability. A commitment to the success of students and programs at the University.
- Preferred Qualifications: College teaching experience. Demonstrated experience in Educational Leadership.
- Required License(s) or Certification(s): Principal Licensure.
