Key Responsibilities
- Teach a 3-credit undergraduate course on educating learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders during the Fall 2026 semester.
- Teach a 3-credit undergraduate course on educating learners with Low Incidence Disabilities in Spring 2027.
- Oversee a 1-credit field experience related to the Spring 2027 course.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience working with learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Low Incidence Disabilities.
- Ability to teach effectively in an academic setting.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching at the college level.
- Knowledge of best practices in educating learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Low Incidence Disabilities.
- Experience with educational technology and resources relevant to special education.
