About the role

The Department of Finance invites applications for a full‑time (nine‑month), non‑tenure track Lecturer position. The role is term‑limited and renewable annually based on performance and funding availability.

Responsibilities

• Teach four in‑person undergraduate courses each semester (fall and spring), e.g., Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets and Institutions, or other finance courses based on expertise.
• Typical teaching load includes two to three course preparations per semester, which may vary.
• Provide service contributions to the department, the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business, and Clemson University.

Requirements

• Master’s or terminal degree in finance or a related field (e.g., MBA).

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with applicable industry experience or comparable teaching experience.
• Potential for excellence in teaching.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to teach a variety of finance classes at the undergraduate level.
