Lecturer
Principal Duties
Candidates are sought who have demonstrated success as a performing artist, teacher of dance, or certification in dance/movement therapy. Responsibilities include teaching dance history, modern dance classes - all levels, improvisation, composition, cultural dance, and methodology in dance education (undergraduate and graduate).
Required Qualifications
- An MA, MFA, or PhD in dance or a dance-related field.
- Five years of relevant experience is required, and prior college teaching experience is a plus.
