Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, track, and distribute statistical reports to internal stakeholders on a variety of LOA data points
- Communicate with other departments including HR, Occupational Health, managers, timekeepers, and leadership on employee LOA status while preserving confidentiality
- Identify and report on employees moving to COBRA status and provide communication
- Respond to state requests for information to support TDI/TCI claims
- Administer benefits communications and payment schedules to employees on unpaid leaves of absence
- Process and track incoming benefit payments, working cooperatively with other internal departments
- Respond to employee inquiries and advise employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Coordinate data across multiple systems and operating units
- Interpret and apply federal and state leave laws, company policy and collective bargaining agreements to ensure documentation and timeframes are compliant
Requirements
- Associate’s degree, or minimum 3 years equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including standard formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service as well as the ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information with care
- Profound understanding of leave of absence process and applicable federal and state leave laws and regulations
- Experience in leave of absence management and/or employee benefit administration
- Experience with HRIS platforms, leave management systems, and/or benefit administration platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
