Key Responsibilities
- Administer FMLA, ADA, PFML, state leave, military, jury duty, workers' compensation, parental, and STD programs.
- Manage leave cases from intake through return-to-work.
- Determine eligibility and issue required notices and documentation.
- Track leave durations, intermittent leave, extensions, and return-to-work dates.
- Cookordinate overlapping leave programs and disability claims.
- Facilitate ADA interactive process and accommodations.
- Monitor compliance with federal and state leave laws across 17 states.
- Educate employees and managers regarding leave rights and responsibilities.
- Cookordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and third-party administrators.
Requirements
- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Leave Administration, Compliance, Case Management, customer service, confidentiality, organization, problem-solving, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ employees.
- Knowledge of multiple state PFML programs.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 5+ years administering FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave programs.
- Experience managing STD claims and disability vendors.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, etc.) preferred.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
Schedule
A hybrid work schedule with three days per week in the Taunton office and two remote workdays.
