Leasing Transactional Paralegal

Robinson & Cole LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Real Estate + Development team in Stamford, CT. This position will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including review of title commitment and survey, filings and ordering documents from the Secretary of State, ordering and review of UCC, bankruptcy and litigation searches, closing checklist preparation and management, lease abstracting, closing document preparation, due diligence review, preparing closing binders and drafting routine correspondence and documents. Knowledge of the commercial finance a plus. Qualified candidates will have the following: Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of commercial real estate experienceDetail oriented with proficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasksEnjoy being part of a fast paced work environmentMust take initiative, anticipate needs and follow specific detailed proceduresFlexibility for overtime CT Applicants: Please note that the target base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's years of experience, skills, qualifications, and office location. R+C supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model.
