Leasing Specialist - DTLA High Rise

About the role

Sentral is a network of communities offering premium amenities and services in major U.S. cities. The Sales Specialist position is located in downtown Los Angeles, CA, with a Saturday-Wednesday shift from 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and best practices in customer service
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure they feel loved
• Oversee daily leasing responsibilities, including lease-up and marketing
• Prepare lease documents and screen prospective residents
• Advertise available homes and conduct property tours
• Maintain and store documentation effectively
• Liaise with residents and guests to provide information and address concerns
• Complete opening and closing procedures, record details, and submit reports
• Ensure compliance with fair housing requirements and local regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year of experience in a customer service-related industry or one-year of apartment leasing experience (lease-up experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of established leasing practices and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to community team
• Great time management and decision-making skills
• Computer literate with email, MS Office, and related communication tools
• Willingness to participate in training to comply with new or existing laws
