About the role

As a Leasing Professional, you will partner with the team on marketing, advertising, and sales activities while ensuring resident satisfaction and securing lease renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
  • Process documentation including credit screening, criminal background checks, lease agreements, and move-in packages.
  • Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to ensure excellent condition.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
  • Create and use promotional materials and technology to engage potential prospects and generate revenue.
  • Achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities.
  • Assist with lease renewal programs and resident communication.
  • Build relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing decisions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Must obtain a real estate leasing agent license for the state of Georgia within 120 days.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work indoors (~95% of the time) and outdoors (~5% of the time).
  • Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect buildings and detect emergency alarms.
  • Perform physical inspections, including climbing stairs or accessing restrictive openings.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability for rare 24/7 emergency access and on-site operations during natural disasters.
  • Flexibility to transfer properties, work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

$17/hr - $23/hr
