Leasing Specialist ( CL )

About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment management industry to join our team at Levco Management. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, hardworking, and eager to make a positive impact on the community.

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.
• Aid in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist with other administrative and property management tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1-year experience in the apartment management industry.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and writing skills with exceptional customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Successful candidates must pass a background check.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $18.00 - $20.00, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, rotating Saturdays.
