Leasing Specialist Bilingual

About the role

VareCo is a private real estate investment company specializing in value-add opportunities across multi-family markets in Denver, CO. We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist for our Portfolio Management team.

Responsibilities

• Answer all leads within 24 hours of receipt
• Keep in touch with all inquiries constantly until the lead is no longer active
• Schedule and lead tours of properties
• Process applications in accordance with established criteria within 24 hours
• Facilitate the move-in process for residents
• Sign a minimum of 20 leases in a calendar month
• Be a positive representative of the property and company services and standards

Qualifications

• Possess strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
• Display exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities
• Utilize critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making
• Efficiently manage time and balance multiple tasks
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Sales experience is strongly preferred
