About the role

TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs
• Manage tenant relations and collections
• Develop and implement property management strategies
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Real Estate License
• Experience with property management software
• Knowledge of apartment leasing and marketing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
