Job Responsibilities

• Executes the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a strong understanding of the community’s offerings.
• Supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and proactively manages lease renewals.
• Performs lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, event support, and collaborates with on-site team members to enhance the overall resident experience.
• Upholds Greystar’s professional standards and ethical expectations while delivering exceptional service to residents, prospects, and guests.
