About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform managing and operating over $300 billion of real estate in more than 265 markets globally. This position is located in Coventry Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure move-in readiness, and schedule maintenance items.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, drive traffic to the community, and execute resident referral and employer outreach programs.
- Use on-site property management software to track availability, record leasing activities, and manage resident data.
- Inspect and maintain show units to meet quality standards, communicate maintenance needs to the maintenance team, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, send thank-you notes, and make calls or contacts to finalize lease signings.
- Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
- Respond to resident and client inquiries, take prompt action to solve problems, and document resident or other requests.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently, and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or property management preferred.
- Knowledge of leasing processes and apartment management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
