About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in rental housing. This role is located in Tucker, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
  • Preparing the lease and move-in package, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing
  • Inspecting apartments prior to resident move-in and ensuring they are in move-in ready condition
  • Developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy
  • Executing and performing activities in support of the community’s lease renewal program
  • Using the on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents
  • Ensuring that the community and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality
  • Following up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
  • Responding quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and taking prompt action to solve problems

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule, including taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant experience in property management or a similar field. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software are preferred.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works Monday-Friday + rotating weekends.
