About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform managing and operating over $300 billion of real estate in more than 265 markets globally. This position is located in Antioch, Tennessee and oversees a Garden stage community with 510 units.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and follow policies regarding concessions, specials, and other programs.
- Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, and manage resident data using on-site property management software.
- Inspect and maintain the marketing corridor and leasing units to ensure they meet show quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and execute lease renewal activities.
- Respond to resident and client inquiries and take prompt action to solve problems.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property management or a similar field. A valid driver’s license and a strong understanding of leasing processes are also required.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Familiarity with leasing software and internet marketing tools is preferred.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00. Additional compensation may include participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
Schedule
This position is full-time and works Monday through Friday, plus rotating weekends.
