Responsibilities
- Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
- Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
- Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers
- Making market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
- Planning and executing community events
- Using social media and internet platforms to market available units
- Assisting in lease renewals
- Responding to resident concerns
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
- A high level of professionalism in both manner and dress
Qualifications
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals
- Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community’s occupancy and sales results
- Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community
- Uses the on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents
- Ensures that the community and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality
- Follows-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
- Executes and performs activities in support of the community’s lease renewal program
- Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s)

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50
Schedule
Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking "call" during evenings, weekends and holidays.
