About the role

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to our success at our community. In this role, you’ll take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every person you connect with, approaching each interaction with care, transparency, and a genuine drive to do what’s right. You’ll build trust with residents by following through, communicating clearly, and helping them feel confident in choosing a place they can call home.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of apartment rentals, including attracting and assessing potential residents
• Complete lease documentation and move-in procedures
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents
• Create a welcoming experience for every individual
• Build trust through clear communication and follow-through

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service

Pay

Excellent Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.00/hour
