Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and associates.
• Tour, qualify, and sell the property’s features to prospective and current residents.
• Manage the leasing, closing, and move-in process with new and current residents.
• Determine customer needs, resolve issues, or escalate to a higher level as permitted.
• Foster new relationships with customers while diffusing and resolving difficult situations.
• Demonstrate strong administrative and computer skills to manage lease files, update paperwork, and complete marketing/advertising tasks.

Requirements

• 1 year in a Leasing position preferred.
• 1 year in a Customer Service position required.

Pay

From $18/hour

Location: Dallas, TX (Full Time)
