The Leasing Professional role is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at multi-family residential properties. The ideal candidate will have high energy, an enthusiastic desire to make a difference in people’s lives, and a commitment to exceeding resident and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and associates.
• Tour, qualify, and sell the property’s features to prospective and current residents.
• Manage the leasing, closing, and move-in process for new and current residents.
• Determine customer needs, resolve issues, or escalate to a higher level as needed.
• Foster new relationships with customers and maintain a customer-friendly demeanor.
• Diffuse and resolve difficult situations while nurturing relationships.
• Perform administrative tasks, including managing lease files, updating paperwork, and completing marketing/advertising tasks.

Requirements

• 1 year in a Leasing position preferred.
• 1 year in a Customer Service position required.
• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
