Responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
  • Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
  • Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools, and following community-specific marketing plans.
  • Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and ensure the community and show units meet show quality standards.
  • Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, send thank-you notes, and make calls or contacts to finalize lease signings.
  • Support lease renewal programs by preparing lease renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and take prompt action to solve problems or document and convey requests.

Requirements

Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions and a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Physical Demands

  • Be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
  • Be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
  • Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
  • Work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The hourly range for the position is $18.00 - $19.00.

Schedule
