Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions and specials.
• Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use internet marketing tools.
• Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and maintain show units to meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents, respond to concerns, and take prompt action to solve problems.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely implementation of lease renewal documents.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Rare or regular travel may be required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
