Key Responsibilities
- Tour apartment homes and showcase community features to prospective residents
- Convert leads into leases and assist with the application process
- Maintain accurate leasing traffic, resident files, and property records
- Ensure model apartments and vacant units are market-ready
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with resident retention, outreach, and marketing efforts
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads promptly
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous leasing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- A professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
