What You’ll Be Doing

You'll help people find a place to call home while driving the success of our community. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with others, takes initiative, and thinks creatively about ways to engage prospects, solve problems, and create an exceptional resident experience.

Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly): $300
• Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 5:30PM
Saturday: 10:00AM- 5:00PM
Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We’ll Expect From You

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
