Leasing & Marketing Manager - Signature

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential residents
  • Close leases and meet annual leasing goals
  • Train and manage a team of Community Assistants and Leasing Professionals
  • Create and execute the annual renewal leasing campaign
  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget
  • Coordinate and staff campus events related to housing
  • Collaborate with local businesses for co-marketing opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant student housing experience
  • One year of leasing and sales experience
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong leadership skills, particularly in a teaching environment

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools

Pay

The salary range for this role is $50K, plus an annual bonus.
