Leasing & Marketing Manager - Nine31
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential residents
- Close leases and meet annual leasing goals
- Train and manage a team of Community Assistants and Leasing Professionals
- Create and execute the annual renewal leasing campaign
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget
- Coordinate and staff campus events related to housing
- Collaborate with local businesses for co-marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant student housing experience
- One to two years of leasing and sales experience
- Experience with social media and digital marketing
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong leadership skills, particularly in a teaching capacity
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and train a team
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools

Pay
The pay range for this position is $48,000 - $50,000 per year, plus an annual bonus.
