Responsibilities
- Aid in all operational phases to ensure customer satisfaction, fiscal stability, and good physical condition.
- Assist the General Manager in managing various aspects of the property, including accepting rent, following up on delinquencies, making bank deposits, handling evictions, and processing NSF checks.
- Post and follow up on rent and miscellaneous income receipts, and report income collection to the Property Accountant.
- Avoidance of NSF checks, eviction management, and lease renewals.
- Leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning.
- Inspection of move-outs, scheduling units for turnkey, and verification of lease information.
- Follow-up on service requests, performing call backs, and verifying weekly leasing reports.
- Processing security deposits, refunds, and forfeitures, and updating and posting property records.
- Managing general maintenance, auditing, and filing of property records, and paying property-level bills.
- Updating and posting security deposits, and processing security deposit refunds and forfeitures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Accredited Residential Manager (Institute of Real Estate Management) or Certified Apartment Manager (Building Owners and Management Association) certification is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
