Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes:
- "Your Opportunity" (description of role). Could map to "About the role" or maybe "Your Opportunity". The allowed headings list includes "About the role". So we can use

and put the prose.
- "Your Benefits" includes list: FLSA Status Exempt, Discretionary annual bonus, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401k Matching, Paid Maternal Leave, Parental Leave, Learning reimbursement opportunities. That's a list of benefits. So we can have Benefits

- "Your Responsibilities" includes many bullet-like sentences. Could be a list. So

- "Relevant Systems and Platforms" includes list: Entrata, Greenhouse, Lattice, Turnable, Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook). Could be Skills
or maybe "Systems". The allowed headings include "Skills". So we can use Skills
for that list.
- "Operational Details": Job location is at the assigned property. Working hours consist of daytime business hours and up to six days per week during peak times. That's schedule info. So we could have Schedule

We should not include "Pay" because no pay info.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like "Utilize KPIs to report on trends, insights and proactively address issues." appears twice in responsibilities; we need to preserve all substantive information but not duplicate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. The duplicated line appears twice; we should keep only one instance.
Also "The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive." That's a note; we can keep as prose maybe.
Also "Your Benefits FLSA Status ExemptDiscretionary annual bonusPaid Time OffHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k MatchingPaid Maternal LeaveParental LeaveLearning reimbursement opportunities" The original had no spaces; we need to parse correctly. We'll list each benefit.

Similarly, maybe include a note about "Your Opportunity" etc. Already covered.
Check for any other substantive info: "We're hiring immediately! We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas." That's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about visa sponsorship. Not EEO. It's a requirement about work eligibility. Could be included under Requirements or a separate note. The instruction: do not include EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about visa sponsorship, not EEO. It's a requirement. Should we keep? It says "We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas." That's a requirement about work authorization. Could be included under Requirements as a bullet. But the allowed headings include Requirements; we could add a bullet. Let's add a bullet under Requirements: "Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available."
Also "We're hiring immediately!" is maybe a call to action; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply, but it's a hiring notice. Might be considered boilerplate? Probably we can drop as it's not substantive detail about the job. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions.
