About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform managing and operating over $300 billion of real estate in more than 265 markets globally. The Leasing Manager at Highland House Tower is responsible for achieving the community's revenue and occupancy goals through effective marketing, sales activities, and leasing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Directs marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve community goals
  • Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy
  • Uses technology to promote the community and communicate with potential prospects
  • Maintains the physical aspects of the community to meet standards for appearance and safety
  • Generates and monitors traffic, leases apartments, qualifies prospects, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in procedures
  • Analyzes financial reports and operational data to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance
  • Manages the lease renewal program and assists with resident move-outs
  • Responds to resident and client inquiries and takes prompt action to solve problems
  • Supervises the leasing team by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees

Requirements

  • All required licenses and certifications as per state and local jurisdictions
  • Valid driver’s license for driving a golf cart on property
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Rare or regular travel may be required
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or leasing
  • Experience with property management software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
