Leasing Manager - The Ryan
About the role
The Ryan is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of the property management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the community's revenue and occupancy goals through effective marketing, sales, and leasing activities.
Responsibilities
- Directs community’s marketing, advertising, and sales activities
- Oversees on-site traffic and ensures appropriate inventory of ready apartments
- Sets rent pricing and concessions and monitors day-to-day sales activities
- Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals
- Promotes the community and communicates with potential prospects using available technology and property management software
- Manages the lease renewal program, including resident lease renewal functions, communication, and move-out assistance
- Participates actively in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures
- Analyzes financial reports, shop reports, traffic and closing ratios, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance
- Makes presentations about marketing and leasing strategies and results to clients, owners, and other business managers
- Supervises the community’s leasing team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees, and manages their performance
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.
Schedule
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
