Requirements

• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in a multifamily lease-up community.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Certification from the National Apartment Association (NAA) or similar industry certification is a plus.
• Experience with lease-up communities and new property launches.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and competitive landscape.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by promoting the resident lifestyle and "dream" living experience.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies and marketing campaigns to attract prospective residents.
• Prospect for new residents through regular outreach and cross-promotion within the neighborhood, local businesses, major employers, social media, military personnel, and local university students.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, including creating appointments, performing follow-ups, answering phones, and responding to emails.
• Develop and maintain positive resident relations, fostering a positive community environment and promoting resident retention through engagement activities and initiatives.
