Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager at Redstone Residential works at the intersection of sales, communication, and organization. Reporting to the Community Manager, this role drives daily leasing operations, prospect tours, lead follow‑up, renewal outreach, and resident ledger accuracy while supporting marketing efforts to meet occupancy targets. The position is based in Provo, Utah, at Redstone’s headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and manage prospect communications via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Execute renewal campaigns to maintain occupancy.
• Monitor and maintain resident ledgers for accuracy.
• Support social media and online marketing initiatives as directed.
• Contribute to a positive team and resident experience, including staff motivation and culture.
• Help achieve weekly and monthly occupancy goals through coordinated leasing activities.

Skills

• Strong sales, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Customer‑service focus with the ability to read people quickly and handle objections calmly.
• Comfort using property‑management software, specifically Entrata.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with social and online marketing channels, traffic generation, and SEO.
• Ability to manage high‑volume leasing traffic and stay organized under pressure.

Pay

$19.00 per hour, full‑time non‑exempt.
