Leasing Manager

Duties

• Supervisory responsibilities, including hiring and developing an effective leasing team.
• Creates, implements, adjusts and monitors the marketing plan, including inventory and updates to marketing collateral.
• Reviews daily rent recommendations and proactively identifies opportunities to maximize income.
• Works weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 1 year experience in sales and customer service experience.
• Must have 1 year of related property management experience.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
• Effective listener and communicator with team-working skills.
• Ability to work weekends is mandatory.
• Yardi CRM or similar platform experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range is $25.00-$27.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
