About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. The Leasing Manager oversees marketing, advertising, and sales activities, ensuring community revenue and occupancy goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Directs marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
- Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.
- Uses technology to promote the community and communicate with potential prospects.
- Manages the lease renewal program, including resident lease renewal functions, communication, and move-out assistance.
- Supervises the leasing team, including interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees.
- Monitors financial reports, shop reports, traffic, and closing ratios to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance.
- Makes presentations about marketing and leasing strategies and results to clients, owners, and other business managers.
- Responds to resident and client/owner concerns and takes prompt action to solve problems.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.

The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00.
