Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing efforts to attract potential tenants
• Conduct thorough background checks and verify tenant income
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure all legal documents are completed
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and lease signings
• Respond to tenant inquiries and address concerns promptly
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and address maintenance issues quickly
• Create and execute marketing plans to increase occupancy rates
• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and best practices in leasing
• Proficiency in property management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
