Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to oversee leasing operations and help drive occupancy goals for a dynamic property portfolio. In this role, you will support prospective residents or tenants throughout the leasing process, maintain strong relationships with current occupants, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive experience from first contact through move-in and beyond.Key Responsibilities Manage the full leasing process, including inquiries, property tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins. Respond promptly and professionally to prospective resident or tenant questions. Present property features, amenities, pricing, and lease terms clearly and accurately. Track leasing activity, occupancy trends, and market conditions to support strategic decisions. Develop and implement leasing strategies to help achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of applications, lease documents, renewals, and related communications. Coordinate with property operations, marketing, maintenance, and accounting teams as needed. Support resident retention efforts through proactive communication and renewal outreach. Ensure leasing practices comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and fair housing requirements. Assist with team training, performance coaching, and process improvement initiatives when appropriate.Qualifications Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using leasing, CRM, or property management software systems. Demonstrated professionalism, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Understanding of fair housing principles and lease administration best practices. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.Preferred Attributes Experience leading leasing initiatives or supporting a leasing team. Knowledge of local rental markets and competitive positioning. Background in goal-driven sales or customer experience roles.
