Compensation
$18 to $20 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.
Schedule
Full‑time, five days per week, with Sunday and one weekday off.
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Leasing & Sales
- Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
- Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
- Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
- Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Resident Experience & Service
- Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
- Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
- Operational & Administrative Performance
- Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
- Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
- Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
- Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
- Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.
- Availability & Travel: Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms.
- Occasional climbing may be required.
- Extended use of computers or telephones.
- May require lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms.
- Work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
