About the role
A Leasing Consultant plays an important role with the onsite management team, looking forward to working with a skilled and trained team to support success.
Responsibilities
- Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects.
- Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home.
- Aid prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
- Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
- Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
- Use attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
Work Environment
- Professional office environment
- May require standing and walking for extended periods
- May require ascending and descending stairs, ladders, and step stools
- May require traveling outside between properties in varying weather conditions
- May require regular use of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines

Compensation
The compensation for the position is: $17.85 - $21.00
