About the role

Join our Nashville team as a Leasing Consultant and deliver extraordinary service in a supportive, family-like environment. This is a front-line resident-services position that involves team interaction, fast-paced learning, and persuasive communication in both welcoming and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects: answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and conduct community tours.
• Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, collect security deposits, and secure resident signatures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, pet additions, transfers, and account questions.
• Collaborate with maintenance: inspect ready apartments, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
• Create a seamless move-in experience for new residents.
• Manage move-outs, including processing and security-deposit dispositions.
• Post rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service and administrative experience.
• Background in customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management is welcome.
• Gracious, warm, and genuine nature with a positive, upbeat, high-energy demeanor.
• Pride in work and ownership of property responsibilities.
• Helpful attitude and dedication to excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated with a desire to stay busy throughout the day.
• Excellent time-management skills.

Schedule

Weekdays 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (rotating team schedule), Sundays closed.

Pay

$21 per hour plus quarterly bonuses (not commission-based).
