Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role in maximizing occupancy by actively participating in leasing and marketing efforts, providing onsite tours, and ensuring customer service for both prospects and existing residents.

Responsibilities

• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications, including service requests, enter them into Yardi, and relay them to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, adhering to Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $21.00- $23.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
